Community Collaboration
The Woolloomooloo Connection is a group of local organisations, businesses and residents working together for our community.
Our goal is to influence positive change through creative collaborations like the Woolloomooloo Parade

How we got started
There’s a strong ethos of collaboration in Woolloomooloo.
In 2020, HopeStreet BaptistCare built on this by hosting Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) training workshops, which are open to all Woolloomooloo residents and workers.
These monthly community meetings are ongoing with new people always welcome to get involved.
During one discussion we decided to create a local website and eventual app, so organisations could let the community know what they were up to and keep an open dialogue going with the community.
